Husbandry overlap

Both are Echinophyllia species chalices. Low-to-medium light (75-150 PAR), medium random flow, no direct powerhead current on the polyps. Target feed 2-3 times per week with Reef Roids or Polyplab Reef-Roids. Position on rockwork ledges - both extend flesh at night 1-2 inches beyond the skeleton edge, allow room.

Pick by intent

Choose JF Homewrecker Chalice if

You want the established Jason Fox brand and slower but color-stable growth. Better long-term investment for lineage tracking.

Choose CC Doughnut Chalice if

You want faster encruster growth and are OK with slightly less pattern intensity in mid-tier lighting. Better first-chalice for beginners.
