DOA rate = (approved DOA claims for vendor in last 90 days) / (total orders shipped by vendor in last 90 days). Approved claims are vetted by Fast Aquatics ops using carrier tracking, weather data, and photo evidence. Disputed-and-overturned claims don't count against the vendor. Refunded-but-not-arbitrated claims don't either - we only count the events the vendor and platform agree are legitimate.
