Yes. Wholesale orders ship under the same 4-hour DOA window as retail orders, plus a per-pack live-arrival rate guarantee (95% minimum on 100+ packs, 90% on smaller). Photo evidence + carrier tracking drives the claim. Vendors who fall below their guaranteed rate either replace at their cost or refund the per-frag value.
Card or ACH at checkout. The pack ships once the payment clears. We don't offer Net terms - we don't hold paper - so cash flow is simple on both sides: buyer pays, vendor gets the funds, pack ships.
Yes - and the composition mix is required on every pack listing (e.g. "50% LPS / 30% soft / 20% SPS"). Vendors can also list all-LPS or all-zoa packs. The store sees the breakdown before they buy.
Vendors can include named cultivars (Walt Disney, Wyoming White, JF series) and disclose them in the pack composition. Premium-cultivar inclusion drives the price up but lets the LFS retail those frags at higher single-frag margins.
Pallet-size 500-packs ship FedEx Freight Priority. 250-packs typically ship FedEx Priority Overnight in 2-3 boxes. Climate-aware routing is automatic - the system blocks unsafe routes and reschedules with both parties' approval.
