Acknowledgments

I am the merchant of record for sales through my connected processor. I am responsible for sales tax registration, remittance, and reporting in every state where my orders ship. Fast Aquatics is a marketplace facilitator only insofar as required by law in states where it has economic nexus, and provides aggregated reports for my use. I have completed the packing certification and will follow the Fast Aquatics packing standard (V4 Section 8A) for every shipment. I understand that approved DOA claims count against my Trust Score under the three-strike system. I will not list any species banned in any state I ship to. I will respect the Fast Aquatics state-restriction database (V4 Section 4E). For permit-required species, I will collect and verify permits before shipping. I indemnify WETYR Corporation against claims arising from my listings, my fulfillment, or my business operations. I carry adequate business liability coverage.
