Mounting Epoxy

Definition

Mounting epoxy (also called reef putty or coral epoxy) is a two-part epoxy that cures underwater for mounting coral, frag plugs, or rockwork.

Practical use

Brands: D-D Aquascape, Tunze, EMI Coralfix. Knead the two parts together (1 minute), press into place + against the surface, hold for 30-60 seconds until set. Cures fully in 30-60 minutes.
