WETYR Corporation operates the Fast Aquatics multi-vendor marketplace. You (the Vendor) sell live aquatic livestock, dry goods, food, and supplements to buyers via our platform. Fast Aquatics is not the seller of record - you are.
Buyer payments settle directly to YOUR connected payment processor (Square, Stripe, PayPal, or Whop). Fast Aquatics never holds buyer funds. Fast Aquatics' revenue comes from (a) a flat platform fee per sale (7-12% by tier) and (b) the monthly subscription you pick.
Every shipment carries Fast Aquatics Buyer Protection. Carrier-tracked DOA window opens at "delivered" scan. You SLA-respond to claims within 24 hours weekdays / 48 weekends. Approved DOA refunds come from your funds (you absorb DOA cost as a vendor would on any platform).
Climate-aware shipping pauses orders when delivery zip is forecast above 95°F or below 32°F mid-transit. Buyer opts to ship-anyway or wait for safe window. Forced shipments override your DOA-approval safety net.
Listings show your live Trust Score (DOA rate, ship speed, claim response, satisfaction). Persistent low scores trigger review and possible suspension.
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Fast Aquatics may suspend immediately for fraud, misrepresentation, livestock-welfare violations, or buyer-protection abuse.
Founding-cohort vendors receive 90 days free subscription, a "founding vendor" badge, and direct platform input on roadmap. In exchange, you maintain at least 5 active listings during the trial.
